Personal transformation is nuanced — and The HIVE doesn't hand you a direct script for yours.

What it does provide: the tools, the practices, and the people to work in the spaces you need and want, alongside other women doing the same.

Your guide:

Carly Allred is a certified, trauma-informed Elemental Life Coach specializing in embodiment and choice through hypnotherapy, breathwork, yoga, and other somatic modalities. She supports clients in safely exploring the subconscious, unwinding stored emotional patterns and reconnecting with their inner compass, intuition, and innate worth.

Carly has a knack for digging deep into behavior patterns, belief systems, and repeated themes — excavating what's working and what's quietly holding you back. She believes that by looking honestly at ourselves and how we make decisions, we can distinguish what's truly aligned with our core values, making space for more conscious, integrity-led growth.

She is known for creating grounded, inclusive containers where profound inner work unfolds with safety, clarity, and lasting integration.

In order to explore different facets of wholeness (mental, emotional, financial, spiritual, nutritional, etc.),

each gathering will dig in to a different Goddess | mystic | heroine | other archetypal woman

as we learn to embody our own multi-dimensionality.
