"Breathwork" is literally just paying attention to your breath.

 

Maybe it looks like recognizing your current breath pattern.
Maybe it looks like taking a few intentional breaths to regulate your nerves.
Maybe it looks like a guided session intended to shake some crap loose.

wildraven hypnotherapy:

 

A form of deep meditation, it's an opportunity to rest, relax, and deeply meditate, allowing your subconscious thoughts and emotions come a bit closer to the surface.

 

In a guided, trauma-informed hypnotherapy session, you are ALWAYS in control of your own mind and body.

 

Depending on your goals for the session, the way I deliver it may look a little different, but we're giving ourselves the capacity to remember things that we often don't have easy recall of.
 
We're resting deeply enough that our mind can conjure past emotion, energy, trauma, and pain.
 
In a safe environment, we can look at the experience with new eyes, helping our nervous system to process and re-pattern harmful thinking and behavior.

 

Our mind has incredible capacity to heal itself when it has something healthy to work with.

Breathwork can help regulate your nervous system and release pain, aches, stuck energy, trauma, and allow you to move forward in your life with more peace and fulfillment.

 

Studies show that breathwork can help bring clarity and understanding that many have only been able to achieve with medication or psychedelic drugs, but in a completely safe environment and without any substances.

 

For most people it is incredibly safe and beneficial.

 

who should not participate?

 

While somatic breathwork is an incredibly safe and effective modality for releasing energy, certain demographics of people should exercise caution during a session. 

 

*This includes: 

- pregnant individuals

- folks with heart or lung conditions

- a person currently experiencing deep trauma

- someone recovering from an injury or surgery

- anyone feeling "unsafe" in their body

*In these instances, breathwork can still be practiced safely, but it is important to trust your body, consider not breathing as deeply or quickly, and, particularly in the instance of pregnant individuals, forego any breath holds.

In this hour-long session, you'll experience the magic of an in-person breathwork session from the comfort of your own home, with the opportunity to return to it as often as you desire. 

 

This purchase is digital, and after checkout, you'll receive access to this recorded breathwork session with instructions and links to the provided playlist

 

what you'll need: 

 
- a quiet, comfy space to rest and focus (laying down is usually preferred, but sitting is great too)
- headphones if desired to block out other noises
- eye mask for room darkening
- journal and pen to integrate afterward
- tissues
- chapstick (can keep your lips from drying out)

   

In order to experience it fully, I recommend you pull open the playlist from a separate device or computer tab (you choose Spotify or Apple Music), and push play (do not shuffle) at the same time as or immediately after pushing play on the breathwork video.

NOTE: if you do not have a subscription to either music streaming service, I recommend you listen to meditaion music or sounds and ignore any references to the music.

Deepen your inner work by going straight to the subconscious programming that is keeping your cute little self stuck in patterns that you've outgrown the need for.

 

This 23- minute video will guide you through a full inner-child hypnotherapy session in order to get at the root of why you either feel like you are "not enough" or "too much" in any particular scenario. 

 

This session is bound to bring up different layers every time you feel called to participate with it.
